The Dexeus Mujer team presented the results of several highly relevant studies in obstetrics and gynecology at the latest edition of the World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), held in Cancún, Mexico.
In total, our team delivered three oral presentations and several e-posters, in addition to collaborating on other multicenter studies.
Included among our presentations were the oral communication: “Prevalence of short cervix in an unselected population: a retrospective analysis of over 25,000 pregnancies” led by Dr Pilar Prats , Head of R&D in Obstetrics at the Dexeus Group; the study “Biometry Assist as the standard of care compared to manual biometry measurement in fetuses” led by Dr Gerard Albaiges, expert in Prenatal Diagnosis and Fetal Medicine; and the oral presentation: “Three-dimensional ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging in evaluation of myometrial invasion in endometrial cancer”, presented by Dr Betlem Graupera, Head of the Gynecological Imaging Diagnostic Service (DGI) at Dexeus Group.
These presentations were complemented by the results of other studies shown in poster format, such as “Valacyclovir in Pregnancy: A game changer in preventing Congenital CMV infection”; “Precision in perinatal care: Stratifying risk by EFW percentiles and Doppler patterns to improve outcomes”; and “Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Our experience since 1999”.
